To check progress or to cancel your booking
Contact our Customer Services Department
Our Customer Services Department ensures that the progress of your booking up to
the date you start your holiday goes as smoothly as possible. Contact them for any
of the following:
- Queries on the tour operators Confirmation Invoice or our own financial Statement
we send with it.
- To amend any of your booking details e.g change of address
- To cancel or part cancel your booking
- To check the delivery of your tickets
To pay your balance

Contact our Accounts Department to pay the balance of your holiday cost or if you
have any queries on the payments you have already made.

We make a charge of 1.95%(Amex 2.5%) if you pay your balance by credit card. Credit
card charges are not applied to deposit payments. You may pay your balance by cheque
or debit card to avoid paying credit card charges.
